Having established a career in retail reaching store management level for a national brand, I found myself drawn to recruitment for new store openings, realising I had a passion for this I decided that recruitment was the route I should peruse to the customer-focused and pacey environment. So I joined a commercial agency and after a few years of providing administrative and contact centre staff to clients across the northwest, I decided to move into the Human Resources market having had some experience within retail management. Originally working on the lower transactional level roles, building up knowledge of the market and placing candidates within senior leadership roles across various industries.
Over a decade later having come out of the other side of various challenges including a recession and pandemic whilst placing HR, L&D and Talent professionals in roles across the northwest – I joined Oakleaf Partnership to play an exciting part in building the Manchester office covering the north-west and beyond focusing on the senior market providing clients with Interim and Permanent solutions to their individual needs.
Outside of work you’ll find me spending time with my dog Arnold, in the gym trying to combat the eating out and getting on holiday as much as I possibly can, who doesn’t love a holiday?
