I have been contracting for 10 years now and so I’ve dealt with many agencies and recruiters, all of which have their own styles and approaches. In the past decade, there have been a few stand out, one off recruiters that have been so fabulous that they always come to mind when I think of opportunities and see a potential in a company for a new hire.

Louise, without a doubt you have been one of thee best recruiters I have ever had the pleasure of working with. You value communication, transparency and honesty above all else and it shines through in how you treat others. From inception throughout to completiion, you repeatedly updated me on where the client was at and what I could expect. You always made me feel like I am supported, even on your days off! Thank you for never leaving me questioning, chasing or frustrated, job hunting is hard enough without those added to the mix! If only all recruiters valued these as much as you do!

Thank you for putting me into my dream role, I am enjoying every second of it and hope I am lucky enough to be placed by yourself again when this contract is up!
