After graduating from the University of Lincoln with a degree in Psychology and understanding how people tick I really wanted to go into people orientated role. Soon after graduating, I accepted an internship with Greystar a leading company in global housing which progressed into a role as a Leasing Associate contributing to the lease up and opening of a new property in Sutton.
After several years with Greystar I moved to Lendlease to work on their flagship build to rent in the UK, an exciting redevelopment project at Elephant Park. Working as a Leasing Associate has developed my ability to clearly communicate and build relationships. Earlier in 2022, keen on a new opportunity I accepted an extremely exciting new challenge as an Associate Consultant with Oakleaf Partnership. I will be recruiting for HR roles within the professional services. I am really looking forward to getting stuck in and really understanding the industry.
In my time outside of work, I have started playing in a social netball team which definitely brings out my competitive side. The rest of the time on evenings and weekends consists of lots of mooching, eating and drinking – there always seems to be a new area of London which I am yet to visit.
