I lead Oakleaf Partnership’s European team, overseeing both permanent and contract recruitment across Europe. Having joined the company in 2015 and initially working within our UK business, I transitioned into our European function, bringing nearly 20 years of recruitment experience with me. Throughout my career, I’ve partnered with global organisations to hire top talent across various industries.
I focus on our HR offering across Europe, collaborating with senior talent in regions such as Benelux, the Nordics, Germany, France, and Spain. It’s been incredibly rewarding working with senior HR professionals, helping them with their career transitions or relocation plans. Along the way, I’ve enjoyed exploring these vibrant cities, walking countless steps, and visiting many coffee shops.
