I joined Oakleaf in 2006 as a founding member and our first manager. Having worked in HR recruitment in Australia and London, the opportunity to be part of a new start up was exciting, daunting and energising! Over the years we have continued in the same vein, launching in both new verticals within HR as well as new geographies. This has enabled us become more specialised and more capable of support customers – our growth and diversification has been constant.
In 2022 the concept of taking Oakleaf’s brand to the US was too good an opportunity to miss. Having successfully launched we are now developing a reputation and brand that we are very proud of. There is a huge amount to do and sharing that success with a great a team is incredibly rewarding.
I lead Oakleaf’s US growth strategy and I work extensively with clients to develop and upskill their HR teams delivering searches at HRLT -1, HRLT and CPO/HRD/CHRO level. My clients range from Fortune 500 companies to PE/VC backed organisations.
I divide my time between the US and the UK working US hours.
Away from work I am very fortunate to have a wonderful family that I love to spend time with, I enjoy hosting (food and wine are hard to say no to!), gardening and all sports, with a real passion for skiing, soccer / football, rugby and golf.
