I have over 20 years of experience in HR search, built on a foundation of corporate HR and recruitment experience gained at Fiat, WorldNow (tech start-up), McKinsey & Company, and The Reader’s Digest Association.
Over the course of my career, I have worked with clients across all sectors in the US market, originally focusing on the New York Tri-State market, where I continue to have a robust HR network. As a Director, I am working alongside Simon Hunt to lead the team that is driving Oakleaf Partnership’s US market expansion. In terms of direct client service, I have an industry focus on the Consumer sector and a functional focus on Total Rewards across all sectors. I pride myself on providing white glove, consultative service to clients and candidates alike, experience-based market insights, as well as great passion for executive search.
When I’m not busy with recruitment, I enjoy traveling, cooking, and spending time with friends and family, particularly my 7 adult children.
