Tina Slocum

I have over 10 years of experience working in professional recruitment and have worked in a variety of capacities, focused on finance and accounting with some reach to human resources.  I spent 3 years prior to joining Oakleaf Partnership focused on human resources search, where I discovered my passion for HR, honed my expertise in this space, and solidified my professional network.

I joined Oakleaf given the firm’s 2 decades of expertise in delivering high quality HR search services and the chance to work alongside a team of sharp, talented recruitment professionals in the US market.  I take great pride in providing consultative services to clients and candidates as they navigate this ever-changing market.  My focus will be on the Industry & Science sector nationally, expanding upon my existing HR network across the New York Tri-State and New England markets.

When I’m not wearing my recruiting hat, you can find me traveling somewhere in the New England region, where I grew up and continue to live, with my husband, 2 children, and dog Arlo, spending quality time outside near the water, at a sporting event, or skiing.
