Growing up in Glasgow and starting my recruitment career there, I had the opportunity at the age of 21 to move to Windsor and lead the opening of our Southern Branch. My passion for the recruitment industry has only grown stronger since those early days.
Over the years, I have had the privilege of working with some of the most inspiring and talented recruiters and teams across multiple disciplines and sectors. This diverse experience has enriched my understanding and skills in the industry.
For the past 16 years, I have held senior leadership roles, gaining valuable strategic, commercial, and operational expertise in both small and large corporate organisations. My focus on authentic leadership and service excellence has driven not only my personal growth but also the growth of those I have had the privilege to work with. This approach has also created meaningful opportunities for our clients and candidates.
