Oakleaf Partnership are partnering with a well-known global organisation on a permanent HR Business Partner opportunity. Our client is based in the Amstelveen area. In this role you will work strategically with the business and this role plays an essential part of the business strategy and growth in Amsterdam.
The role
This role will cover Employee Relations, Organisational effectiveness, Reward and Compensation and HR operations. This role covers the full generalist remit and will require you to partner with a large team ( circa 200 ) and serve as the trusted HR Partner to the function. You will work closely with the centres of expertise in this role and work effectively with colleagues and key HR contacts across the business.
What are we looking for
Our client is looking for a proven HR Generalist who has a strong background across the full generalist remit. You will need to have had strong experience to date across performance management, leading a people strategy for your business unit and champion strong employee relations and stakeholder management. In this role you must hold fluency in Dutch and English to be successful.
