Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle campus recruiting process for technical internship roles.
  • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify and attract top candidates.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to continuously enhance recruiting processes.
  • Represent the organization at campus events, conferences, and other recruiting initiatives.
  • Analyze recruiting trends and provide actionable insights to optimize hiring strategies.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional recruiting experience, ideally in university tech recruiting.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a creative, solutions-driven approach.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering outstanding results.
  • Willingness to travel for recruiting events as needed.
