Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle campus recruiting process for technical internship roles.
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify and attract top candidates.
- Collaborate with internal teams to continuously enhance recruiting processes.
- Represent the organization at campus events, conferences, and other recruiting initiatives.
- Analyze recruiting trends and provide actionable insights to optimize hiring strategies.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional recruiting experience, ideally in university tech recruiting.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a creative, solutions-driven approach.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering outstanding results.
- Willingness to travel for recruiting events as needed.
