Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical internship candidates.
- Develop and refine recruitment strategies to attract talent and diversify pipelines.
- Analyze recruitment outcomes and recommend process improvements.
- Represent the firm at recruiting events and conferences.
Key Requirements:
- 5+ years of recruiting experience in university tech recruiting.
- Strong organizational, communication, and sourcing skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a busy environment.
- Willingness to travel for events as needed.
