Compensation Analyst

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Compensation Analyst to join an international Professional Services firm on a permanent basis. The role will be joining a newly formed team to drive compensation strategy and activity moving forward.
The Compensation Analyst responsibilities will include:
- Build strong relationships with HR colleagues, providing them with compensation advice backed by robust analysis and market insight.
- Play a lead role in the running of annual salary and bonus review, variable and long-term incentive planning.
- Manage the benchmarking of roles and analysis of salary data.
- Support the Reward Director on executive compensation and projects.
- Produce gender pay gap analysis and reports.
- Support continuous process improvement and new system implementations.
- Support all pay related projects and stay up to date on compensation legislation.
To be successful in the role, you will need:
- Strong compensation experience with a minimum of 3 annual review cycles.
- Excellent excel and analytical skills (Macro level would be an advantage)
- Experience in process change and improvement within compensation.
- Ability to build strong internal and external relationships.
