Compensation Lead 8-Month FTC.

Fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced IT & Tech company as Compensation Lead until April 2025.

They are looking for a competent multi-tasker with excellent communication skills. With offices in Europe, North America and APAC an international understanding of Compensation is beneficial.

Core responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the compensation function in line with the group corporate structure
  • Leading on year-end compensation processes
  • Liaising with key stakeholders
  • Manage the rollout and implementation of the new recognition platform
  • Lead the next round of promotion review

You would be joining at a busy and exciting time, with lots to get stuck into.

The successful candidate will have extensive and relevant experience leading the compensation arm of reward:

  • Proven track record of leading/managing various projects in different markets
  • Experience in job architecture, incentive programs and compensation programmes
  • Strong relationship building experience especially with stakeholders
  • Highly organised
  • Prior experience of workday is beneficial but not a pre-requisite.
