In this role, you’ll serve as a Compensation Partner, reporting to the Global Reward Director. You’ll work within a specialized Reward team, collaborating across a matrixed organization that spans five major regions and multiple countries. Your work will contribute to shaping and implementing a robust Global Reward Strategy that supports the overall business goals. This role will support 2,000 employees across The Americas and another 1,300 employees working across Corporate Functions for this firm globally.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • As part of the Reward leadership team, you’ll collaborate closely with the Global Reward Director to further refine and operationalize the organization’s Global Reward Strategy.
  • You’ll develop an in-depth understanding of the business landscape in different regions, considering external market trends, legal requirements, and internal challenges.
  • Work alongside people team members and regional business leaders to craft reward solutions that reflect both global ambitions and local market needs.
  • Lead the implementation of reward initiatives, ensuring they run smoothly and are operationally effective within your assigned region.
  • Be a trusted partner to senior leadership teams, advising on cases like executive hires, global mobility, and aligning practices across regions for consistency.
  • Drive engagement with the reward program by working closely with Talent Acquisition and People Partners to ensure clarity in communication and transparency for employees and potential hires.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to junior reward team members, supporting the development of a high-performing, collaborative reward function.

Your Skills and Experience:

  • Significant experience in a matrixed, global organization, particularly in a professional services environment.
  • Expertise in reward strategies, compensation frameworks, and market analysis, with a proven track record of shaping and delivering successful reward programs.
  • The ability to form strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, influencing and challenging when necessary.
  • A strong understanding of both local and global business needs, coupled with a forward-thinking approach to reward solutions that drive innovation.
  • Analytical capabilities to interpret data, spot trends, and translate complex information into actionable insights.
  • Proven experience in managing change and successfully delivering projects in the reward space.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to present complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
  • Self-motivation, resilience, and a collaborative spirit, with a strong commitment to both operational excellence and sustainable solutions.
