Director – Total Rewards Europe (Compensation)

Are you looking to work with a fast paced, growing organisation that already has Global footprint and are still looking to expand? Reporting to the Vice President of Europe you will be managing the implementation of new or adjustments to employee reward programs such as salaries, short- and long-term incentives, job evaluations. Reviews salary bands and coordinates market data activity.

Salary +£120,000 plus excellent benefits package

About the role;

  • Manage and develop remuneration programs, policies, and procedures
  • Ensure all programs, policies, and procedures comply with current local legislation within
  • European countries
  • Support the People team with job evaluations in line with defined organisational design
  • Principles
  • Manage and support center-led remuneration and benefit related initiatives and activities
  • Integration and alignment with payroll processes and relationships in local countries
  • Preparing people budgets, reports, and presentations
  • Manage annual salary review across different countries and entities within the region
  • Completes surveys, research and industry benchmarking exercises and develop country
  • specific pay scales
  • Advise and support People business partners, line managers and employees on
  • remuneration, benefits and policies, guidelines and procedures
