Are you passionate about equity, diversity, and inclusion? A 12 month contract opportunity has arisen for an experienced ED&I Project Manager to lead and execute strategic initiatives focused on promoting inclusivity. This role involves driving the implementation of a Gender Action Plan to increase female partner representation and integrating Race Action Plan recommendations into a broader ED&I strategy.

Key Responsibilities

The ED&I Project Manager will:

  • Oversee the execution of the Gender Action Plan, focusing on increasing female partner representation.
  • Drive the implementation of Race Action Plan recommendations within the broader ED&I strategy.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align ED&I initiatives with organisational goals.
  • Monitor progress and measure the effectiveness of ED&I programs using data-driven insights.
  • Partner with Learning & Development teams to support newly promoted partners.
  • Develop clear guidelines for partnership and equity transition processes.
  • Facilitate action groups to support employee reintegration plans.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to foster inclusivity.
  • Provide regular progress reports and address challenges to senior leadership.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Proven experience in managing ED&I initiatives, preferably within professional services or legal sectors.
  • A strong understanding of gender equity and workplace inclusivity challenges.
  • The ability to engage, influence, and collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • Analytical expertise to interpret data and evaluate program impact.
  • Experience in designing and delivering training programs on inclusive leadership.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to engage and inspire stakeholders.
  • A genuine commitment to fostering an inclusive workplace culture.
