EMEA Payroll Specialist – Permanent – London – Hybrid – up to £80,000 per annum

Oakleaf Partnership is delighted to be partnered with a financial services firm, that are looking for an EMEA Payroll Specialist, to join their payroll team. You will be assisting with the UK & EMEA payrolls, and will be responsible for accurate payroll processing and benefits administration. This role is on a hybrid basis, based in their Central London office

The EMEA Payroll Specialist will be assisting/overseeing duties such as:

  • Preparing of all payments, including all statutory payments, pension contributions and benefit schemes, for the UK & EMEA regions
  • Maintain compliant and accurate country specific payrolls
  • Assist with the refinement of EMEA payroll controls and process documentation
  • Provide comprehensive support to employees with payroll enquiries
  • Maintain payroll guidelines by writing and updating policies and procedures
  • Main point of contact for employees with benefit related queries
  • Develop and implement best practices
  • Assist with the management and development of key internal and external relationships

Key Skills:

  • Have a minimum of 5 years exposure of UK & EMEA payroll and benefits administration exposure
  • Cloudpay exposure desirable
  • Strong knowledge and thorough understanding of international laws and regulations involving payroll and benefits administration
  • Analytical and methodical in your approach to problem solving
  • Excellent attention to detail
