As part of their Total Rewards team, you will contribute to shaping a competitive and engaging rewards experience that supports their people and business strategy.

Reporting to the Compensation team and working closely with senior equity leaders, this temporary role will focus on supporting day-to-day administration of their equity programs, including managing the equity mailbox, maintaining system data integrity, and delivering exceptional service to internal stakeholders. We’re seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, has strong technical skills (especially in Excel), and brings a customer-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the day-to-day administration of global equity compensation plans, including grants, exercises, vesting, and ESPP participation.
  • Maintain accurate records in the equity management system (e.g., Shareworks, Fidelity, E*TRADE, etc.).
  • Assist with employee communications, education materials, and respond to employee inquiries regarding equity plans.
  • Collaborate with payroll, finance, tax, legal, and HR teams to ensure proper tax treatment and reporting of equity compensation.
  • Support the preparation of equity-related data for financial reporting, audits, and regulatory filings (e.g., 10-K, 10-Q, proxy statements).

  • Help manage vendor relationships and coordinate with third-party administrators.

Key requirements:

  • 3-4+ years of relevant experience in equity compensation.
  • Solid understanding of private company equity compensation plans (ISOs, NSOs, RSUs, etc.).
  • Strong familiarity with equity platforms like Shareworks or Fidelity – considered a must-have.
  • Exceptional Excel skills (advanced formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.)
  • Highly responsive, detail-oriented, and organized.
  • Proven ability to work independently and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and change as the team continues to build structure and process.
