Are you an experienced Employee Relations Advisor seeking a fast-paced, people-focused role?

Do you have a strong track record of managing high-volume, complex ER casework?

If so, this opportunity could be perfect for you!

My client is looking for an ER advisor to join their a collaborative and passionate Employee Relations team. Reporting to an Employee Relations Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in delivering a high-quality HR service, working closely with people managers across your designated area.

This is a fast-paced position where you will:

  • Support and coach managers on a variety of ER cases, both high-volume and complex.
  • Proactively case manage your own caseload, ensuring progress and performance are regularly communicated to stakeholders.
  • Deliver pragmatic and effective solutions to business issues, aligning with strategic goals.

Your role will involve championing best practices in employee relations while ensuring managers are equipped to navigate formal business processes.

The Person

  • Proven experience as an ER Advisor in a multi-site, diverse organisation.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and guide stakeholders effectively.
  • An organised, methodical, and proactive approach to managing priorities.
  • Ideally, CIPD-qualified or with equivalent experience.
