Field-based, covering NW London (3 days on site / 2 days WFH)
Salary: Up to £70,000
About the Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned ER professional to join a high-performing team, delivering expert ER advice on complex, high-risk, and culturally significant cases. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and People Partners, shaping strategic outcomes through your advice, insight, and judgment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and advise on complex ER cases, including TUPE, restructures, performance, and conduct matters
Act as a subject matter expert and escalation point for sensitive or high-profile cases
Analyse case trends using data and provide strategic insights to influence business decisions
Support and coach leaders to drive capability in handling ER issues
Conduct regular case reviews and collaborate with peers to ensure consistent, high-quality advice
Shape and update policy to reflect current best practices and legal requirements
What We’re Looking For:
Strong ER expertise with experience in a multi-site environment
Retail sector experience is highly desirable
Proven ability to manage TUPE, redundancy, and policy development
Skilled at using data to spot trends and influence strategy
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
A proactive, commercial mindset with a passion for driving people-focused outcomes
