We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Global Benefits Professional to join an international Professional Services firm on a permanent basis.
The Benefits Advisor responsibilities will include:
- Build strong relationships with external brokers and providers.
- Manage the benefits platform, ensuring all employee data is accurate and up to date.
- Manage the annual benefits renewals.
- Lead global benefits benchmarking projects, analysing firm offering against others in the market.
- Make broker recommendations and create proposals for any changes.
- Lead the production of proposals for any new benefits and processes.
- Support the implementation of flexible benefits.
- Run monthly benefit sessions with employees and lead on all benefits communications to the business, keeping employees up to date with offerings and changes.
- Keep up to date with local country legislation and requirements.
To be successful in the role, you will need:
- Strong global benefits experience (particularly EMEA & US)
- Strong relationship builder, both internally and with external providers & brokers.
- Experience in developing benefit strategies and project work such as system implementation and flexible benefits would be an advantage.
