Global Head of HR
Location: London (Hybrid)
Salary: Up to £85,000 per annum + Benefits
Reporting To: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Overview:
My client, a global leader in technology hosting solutions, is seeking an experienced Global Head of HR to lead their people strategy and drive HR excellence across multiple regions. This strategic role, reporting to the CFO, offers the opportunity to shape HR operations, foster a high-performance culture, and support the company’s growth ambitions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a global HR strategy aligned with business goals.
- Lead a team of 5 regional HR Managers, ensuring consistency across operations.
- Oversee global HR compliance, policies, and payroll.
- Manage the employee lifecycle from recruitment to offboarding.
- Drive talent development and performance management initiatives.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and external vendors to ensure HR strategies support the business.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as a senior HR leader in a global environment, ideally in tech.
- Strong knowledge of international HR practices and employment laws.
- Experience in optimizing HR processes and HR technology platforms.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
- Flexibility to travel internationally.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- CIPD Level 7 or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Expertise in UK employment law and international frameworks.
