My client are a global IT consultancy headquartered in France. They are looking for a Head of HR/Senior HR BP to join them in their London office to support UK, Ireland, the Nordics and India. The client requires an experienced HR BP with extensive knowledge of the IT sector. The HRBP will serve as a partner to the leadership team and managers, driving people-related initiatives that align with the organisation’s business goals. This role requires a proactive and hands-on approach to managing key HR processes, supporting managers and employees, and fostering a culture of development and engagement. It is key that this person enjoys being operational as well as strategic.

Key duties/responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with leadership teams to develop and implement HR initiatives that support organisational goals.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, providing guidance on HR policies, programs, and best practices.
  • Analyse workforce trends, identify areas for improvement, and recommend data-driven solutions.
  • Support managers in transactional HR operations such as onboarding, exit interviews, dismissals, and resignations.
  • Ensure the delivery of an accurate payroll
  • Lead the rollout and completion of performance reviews, ensuring 100% compliance and alignment with organisational objectives.
  • Partner with the corporate HR team to implement best practices and achieve performance review objectives
  • Lead talent acquisition efforts, partnering with hiring managers to attract and retain top talent.
  • Oversee the salary review and bonus process, identifying and addressing gaps between Talent Reviews, salary reviews, and development plans.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to align compensation initiatives with organisational goals.
  • Identify training needs and collaborate with stakeholders to design impactful learning programs.
  • Ensure targeted employee development initiatives support organisational growth and talent retention.
  • Contribute to workforce planning by analysing business needs and identifying workforce gaps and opportunities.
  • Provide insights to leadership on talent availability, future needs, and strategic alignment.
  • Drive employee satisfaction initiatives by implementing employee surveys and leading the development and execution of associated action plans.

Key experience/skills:

  • Ideally a Master’s degree in Human Resources
  • At least 10 years of HR experience, including HRBP roles in the IT sector.
  • Strong knowledge of IT industry trends and the unique challenges of a tech-driven workforce.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organisational development.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in HR systems, data analytics, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
