DKK 70,000 – 80,000 per month – Plus benefits
Hybrid – three days a week on site
A leading well known brand is seeking a Head of People to lead the HR agenda for their sites across Denmark. This strategic role partners closely with operational leadership to deliver high performance through strong people processes and manage a small team. The position plays a key part in supporting a large-scale transformation programme across the Danish business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a small team of HR professionals
- Coach and upskill operational managers to improve people leadership and commercial capability.
- Build and maintain robust talent and succession plans for all levels
- Identify development needs and partner with the Learning team to deliver effective learning solutions.
- Collaborate with management teams to plan and pilot changes to the operating model.
- Use data and insights to understand drivers of attrition and create a retention strategy to boost engagement and satisfaction.
- Ensure all people processes are efficient, consistent with group standards, and adapted to the local market.
What are we looking for?
Oakleaf Partnership are seeking a highly collaborative HR lead, who can be hands on and action oriented. In this role you will partner with various sites across Denmark, so will need an individual who is able to travel three days per week and have a deep passion for driving high performance and excellence.
