Oakleaf Partnership are working closely with a leading global insurance firm to assist them in their search for a permanent HR Advisor to join their growing London-based team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage own ER cases with support from Senior HR Business Partners
  • Assist with reward and performance management process documents
  • Support with writing internal communications & engagement documents
  • Develop an intranet to relay key information
  • Provide confidential support on all employee issues
  • Management engagement processes

Experience Required:

  • Experience of working in a generalist HR role covering all aspects above
  • Come from a fast-paced working environment
  • Experience of operating in a cohesive team
  • Extremely organised
  • Great attention to detail
  • Experience working on ER cases, whether this be managing or supporting
  • Strong communication skills – both verbal & written
