Oakleaf Partnership are working closely with a leading global insurance firm to assist them in their search for a permanent HR Advisor to join their growing London-based team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage own ER cases with support from Senior HR Business Partners
- Assist with reward and performance management process documents
- Support with writing internal communications & engagement documents
- Develop an intranet to relay key information
- Provide confidential support on all employee issues
- Management engagement processes
Experience Required:
- Experience of working in a generalist HR role covering all aspects above
- Come from a fast-paced working environment
- Experience of operating in a cohesive team
- Extremely organised
- Great attention to detail
- Experience working on ER cases, whether this be managing or supporting
- Strong communication skills – both verbal & written
