Oakleaf Partnership Europe is seeking a HR Advisor to permanently join our Global Professional Services clients team in a new role based out of their Hamburg offices, providing support, advice and guidance to Stakeholders and colleagues across its locations within Germany.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with local employment laws, tax, visa, and payroll requirements
- Advise on employee relations, contracts, benefits, and performance management
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and leaver processes
- Assist with HR policies, benefits, and parental leave applications
- Provide HR reporting and contribute to key projects
What We’re Looking For:
- Generalist HR experience, ideally in professional services
- Strong knowledge of German employment law
- Fluent in German & English (written & spoken)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
