Oakleaf Partnership have been assigned by a boutique asset management firm to assist them in their search for a HR Analyst. This role is perfect for a HR professional with circa 2 to 4 years experience who is comfortable with the full employee lifecycle, and has worked within professional or financial services.
The purpose of the role is to deliver a high-quality HR services to all employees, helping retain and develop talent.
Responsibilites:
- Take control of recruitment process
- Maintain HR database
- Prepation of offer letters and employment contracts
- Designing induction courses
- Designing training and development
- Preparing Payroll for the outsourced provider
- Ensuring HR policies and procedures are up to date
Experience required:
- Excellent written and oral communcation skills
- Strong HR Generalist experience
- Experience working within financial services or professional services
- Ability to work under pressure
