Oakleaf Partnership have been assigned by a boutique asset management firm to assist them in their search for a HR Analyst. This role is perfect for a HR professional with circa 2 to 4 years experience who is comfortable with the full employee lifecycle, and has worked within professional or financial services.

The purpose of the role is to deliver a high-quality HR services to all employees, helping retain and develop talent.

Responsibilites:

  • Take control of recruitment process
  • Maintain HR database
  • Prepation of offer letters and employment contracts
  • Designing induction courses
  • Designing training and development
  • Preparing Payroll for the outsourced provider
  • Ensuring HR policies and procedures are up to date

Experience required:

  • Excellent written and oral communcation skills
  • Strong HR Generalist experience
  • Experience working within financial services or professional services
  • Ability to work under pressure
