About the Role:
As a HR Business Partner you’ll collaborate with senior leaders, provide expert advice on employee relations, drive HR projects, and support talent and organisational development strategies. This is a great opportunity for a proactive HR professional with financial services experience who excels at building relationships and delivering tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior leaders to shape and implement HR strategies aligned with the firm’s goals.
- Advise managers and employees, manage employee relations cases, and ensure compliance with employment legislation.
- Lead HR projects focused on organisational design, talent and development, employee engagement, and policy improvement.
- Guide teams through organisational changes, fostering a positive environment during transitions.
- Promote an inclusive culture through engagement initiatives and feedback processes.
Skills:
The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable HR priorities. You’ll possess:
- Significant HR experience within financial services ideally wealth/asset management, including expertise in employment law and SMCR requirements.
- Strong relationship-building skills, with an ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders.
- CIPD qualification (or working towards) is essential.
- Flexible, proactive, and client-focused approach, with excellent organisational skills.
