Job Title: HR Business Partner (Maternity Cover) – Financial Services
Location: London (Hybrid, 3 days in the office)

A dynamic financial services firm with over 250 employees and a global presence in London, APAC, EMEA, and the US currently require an HR Business Partner on a 6 month basis.
The Role:
Working in a friendly team, you will be acting as a trusted advisor to the business and play a Lead role in a Workday process. You will also will get involved in the entire employee life cycle. You will be contributing towards business strategy, helping to build capability, structure and processes. You will get involved with supporting, coaching, advising and influencing the business. You will be responsible for ER issues, analysing employee trends, Learning & Development, getting involved with the annual salary and bonus review, preparing MI reports, providing analysis and insights as required. Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the no.2 in London, ensuring smooth HR operations while the Head of HR focuses on strategic initiatives.
- Drive employee engagement efforts, including quarterly surveys and pulse data analysis.
- Day to day management of Workday
- Support confidential projects, business reorganisation efforts, and help steer the company through a period of growth and expansion into new markets.
- Serve as a key delegate for the Head of HR, providing leadership and guidance across HR activities, including mentorship of the HR Associate – who is fantastic!
- Collaborate on employee resource groups like the professional women’s network and social initiatives.
