HR Business Partner

Oakleaf Partnership North are seeking a HR Business Partner to join a growing Law Firm with offices based across the North West to join them on a permanent basis.
In this role as the HR Business Partner you would play a key role in shaping and delivering the People strategy across the firm alongside your fellow HR Business Partners, operating as a true partner to clients within your designated business areas providing guidance, support and coaching stakeholders on all people related matters.
In order to considered for this role you will need to demonstrate
- Previous experience operating at a similar level, senior HRA or BP level
- Strong and up to date knowledge of UK employment law,
- Experience in performance and change management
- Understanding of aligning people strategy to business strategy
- High level relationship skills
This client is open to candidates from outside of the legal sector, however candidates will need to demonstrate that they are able to work across multiple functions and be able tailer their style to different stakeholders as needed. The team operate in a truly agile way however candidates will need to work out of the offices based within the northwest from time to time (the team usually meet in Manchester).
