This is an excellent opportunity for a strong HR Advisor or an experienced HR professional looking for a fast-paced, impactful role where no two days are the same.
- Growth Opportunity: Ideal for a strong HR Advisor ready to step up into a more senior, strategic role.
- Team Structure: Collaborate within a team of three, including two HR Advisors, a Senior HR Advisor, and a supportive Deputy Head of Workforce. You’ll have two direct reports and one indirect report, giving you leadership experience in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Partnering: Work with senior management to address workforce needs, driving people and culture strategies aligned with organisational goals.
- Employee Relations: Lead on complex cases, including performance management, grievances, disciplinary actions, and absence management.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a Senior HR Advisor and HR Advisor, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Organisational Projects: Support and implement workforce transformation projects, including fast-paced HRIS development.
- Policy & Compliance: Ensure employment policies are up-to-date and compliant with legislation.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Shift perceptions of HR by building trust and credibility across teams, driving meaningful cultural change.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: A strong background in HR, ideally at HR Advisor level or above. Experience in ER and project management is essential.
- Leadership Skills: Experience managing or mentoring others and confidence influencing stakeholders.
- Enthusiasm: A positive, proactive attitude with a passion for making a difference in a unique organisation.
- Adaptability: Comfort in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment with a variety of ongoing projects.
- Knowledge: Proficiency in HR systems and understanding of best practices in employee relations and workforce transformation.
