Are you ready to take the next step in your HR career? This unique organisation is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Business Partner to join their Workforce Team. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong HR Advisor or an experienced HR professional looking for a fast-paced, impactful role where no two days are the same.

  • Growth Opportunity: Ideal for a strong HR Advisor ready to step up into a more senior, strategic role.
  • Team Structure: Collaborate within a team of three, including two HR Advisors, a Senior HR Advisor, and a supportive Deputy Head of Workforce. You’ll have two direct reports and one indirect report, giving you leadership experience in a supportive environment.
  • Exciting Projects: Be part of major initiatives, including a new HRIS implementation, and help shape the transformation of the HR function.
  • Supportive Culture: Work in a unique organisation with a vibrant atmosphere that values enthusiasm and innovation over corporate rigidity.
  • Convenient Location: Based in Putney, just 15 minutes from the nearest tube station, with free onsite parking for staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Partnering: Work with senior management to address workforce needs, driving people and culture strategies aligned with organisational goals.
  • Employee Relations: Lead on complex cases, including performance management, grievances, disciplinary actions, and absence management.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a Senior HR Advisor and HR Advisor, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
  • Organisational Projects: Support and implement workforce transformation projects, including fast-paced HRIS development.
  • Policy & Compliance: Ensure employment policies are up-to-date and compliant with legislation.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Shift perceptions of HR by building trust and credibility across teams, driving meaningful cultural change.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: A strong background in HR, ideally at HR Advisor level or above. Experience in ER and project management is essential.
  • Leadership Skills: Experience managing or mentoring others and confidence influencing stakeholders.
  • Enthusiasm: A positive, proactive attitude with a passion for making a difference in a unique organisation.
  • Adaptability: Comfort in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment with a variety of ongoing projects.
  • Knowledge: Proficiency in HR systems and understanding of best practices in employee relations and workforce transformation.

If you’re looking for a role where you can make a real impact and grow your career within a supportive and dynamic team, this could be the perfect fit for you!
