Oakleaf Partnership are working with a leading professional services company to assist in their search for a HR Business Partner to join their team based in Surrey. This role will be looking after a headcount of circa. 300 and requires someone with experience looking after their own business unit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver full service HRBP role for circa 300 employees
- Provide ER support for your business unit
- Support line managers and understand HR needs and requirements
- Support L&D activities in the design and delivery of talent management & succession planning
- Contribute to company wide HR projects
Desired Skills:
- Experience looking after your own business unit
- Strong relationship building skills
- Solid ER experience
- Experience of drafting and implementing policies
