HR Business Partner – 12 month FTC

A leading wealth management and financial services firm with a global presence are seeking an HRBP partner to cover a period of maternity.

Now post-acquisition this business has entered a new chapter of growth and opportunity, blending traditional expertise with cutting-edge strategies to deliver exceptional service to their clients.

As an HR Business Partner, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting this transformative journey, helping to shape the people strategies that drive success. Reporting to the Head of HR Business Partnering, you’ll support the investment division across Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, and more. This is a hands-on, forward-thinking role where your insights, leadership, and expertise will help drive continued success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with leadership to develop and implement impactful HR strategies and practices.
  • Lead and mentor the HR Assistant, fostering growth and excellence.
  • Analyse HR data to identify trends, generate insights, and recommend solutions.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives, conduct surveys, and implement plans to boost morale and performance.
  • Ensure policies, procedures, and advice align with the latest legal requirements and HR best practices.
  • Manage performance appraisal processes and maintain robust talent management and succession plans.

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Proven knowledge of HR best practices, legal compliance, and innovative HR trends.
  • Experience in data analysis and reporting with intermediate Excel skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Expertise in sourcing talent via social media and promoting an attractive employer brand.
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
