Oakleaf Partnership Europe are seeking a HR Business Partner to join our prestigious global financial services client, who operates globally to join on a permanent basis supporting stakeholders across the Paris and BENELUX region.
In this key role, you will work closely with senior leadership and employees to drive HR initiatives that support business objectives, enhance employee experience, and foster a culture of excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing strategic HR guidance and insights.
- Partner with managers to implement HR solutions aligned with business goals.
- Support talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention strategies.
- Drive employee engagement and performance management programs.
- Ensure compliance with French labour laws and global HR policies.
- Lead initiatives related to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).
- Facilitate organisational change, development, and workforce planning.
- Collaborate with regional and global HR teams to deliver best practices.
Who You Are:
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner within financial services or a similar fast-paced, global environment.
- Strong knowledge of French labour laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Strategic mindset with a hands-on, solutions-oriented approach.
- Ability to thrive in a matrixed, international organization.
- Fluent in French & English (both written and spoken).
