We are thrilled to be partnering with a rapidly growing Financial Technology firm as they embark on an exciting global expansion phase! We’re on the lookout for a talented HR Business Partner to join their team and report directly into the Head of HR. As the firm scales, this hire will be critical to shaping the HR strategy, processes, and infrastructure over the next 18 months.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to align HR initiatives with company objectives, focusing on boosting employee engagement and retention.
  • Oversee the resolution of complex employee relations issues, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and investigations,
  • Collaborate with managers to design and implement performance improvement plans.
  • Regularly assess team and individual performance, offering valuable feedback and recommendations.
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Address HR-related inquiries from both internal and external sources, offering support to employees and managers as needed.
  • Streamline HR processes and enhance the employee experience through automation.
  • Assist in the annual compensation review process.
  • Assess training needs and create scalable learning solutions.

Skills:

  • A graduate, preferably with a business or numerate degree.
  • CIPD diploma or MSc in HR required.
  • Experience in financial or professional services, with a preference for exposure to international offices.
  • Commercially focused, results-driven, and with a strong analytical mindset.
  • Experience working in a fast-growing, agile organisation is essential.
