I have partnered exclusively with a leading boutique Investment Bank that specialise in M&A through to Private Funds Advisory. This is a fast paced & dynamic organisation to work for, with ambitious growth plans in the coming months. Due to the scale of business, this is a true hands-on HR Business Partner role, which will require the successful candidate to dip their toes in strategic, operational & holistic responsibilities. We are looking for individuals that have strong skillsets in performance management, compensation, WorkDay (would be amazing) & strong numerical skills.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to build trust, respect, and professionalism.
- Foster a high-performance culture where talent is recognised, nurtured, and underperformance is effectively addressed.
- Advise managers and employees on HR policies and practices, ensuring fairness, transparency, and adherence to best practices.
- Support managers in building inclusive teams through effective recruitment, development, and promotion strategies.
- Work collaboratively with HR colleagues to continuously improve and execute the people strategy and business plans.
Skills
- Experience in a medium-sized organization, preferably within the financial services sector.
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner across all HR functions, including learning and development, recruitment, employee relations, compensation, and benefits.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, including managing expectations and collaborating across teams.
- High analytical capability and attention to detail.
- A strategic thinker with excellent execution skills in HR-related initiatives.
