We’re recruiting for a forward-thinking organisation seeking a confident HR Business Partner to provide expert guidance and drive key people initiatives.
You’ll act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, supporting a wide range of HR activity including:
✔ Supporting restructures and organisational change
✔ Leading consultation 1:1s and redundancy dismissal meetings
✔ Managing redundancy calculations and settlement agreements
✔ Drafting outcome letters and packs
✔ Handling generalist HR queries and casework
What you’ll bring:
✔ CIPD qualification or equivalent experience
✔ Strong generalist HR background
✔ Proven experience with change management & TUPE
✔ Great stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
