We are looking for an HR Business Partner for our client in Central Denmark. The role is a maternity cover until June 2026 and would be well suited to an experienced business partner from a generalist background. You will look after multiple sites in the region and support stakeholders with talent development, succession planning and performance management. You must have fluency in Danish and English to be considered for this role.
What is the role?
As an HR Business Partner, you will be a trusted advisor to Regional Managers and Site Managers, guiding them through every stage of the employee journey. Your expertise in people management, employee relations, and HR processes will be key in fostering a positive and high-performing workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- People & Performance – Advise managers on employee relations, performance, absence management, and retention strategies.
- HR Operations – Support with contracts, job advertisements, system administration, and compliance with workplace regulations.
- Talent & Development – Lead on recruitment at senior level, oversee trainee education, and drive succession planning.
- Onboarding & Well-being – Ensure smooth onboarding/offboarding, conduct coaching sessions, and promote employee well-being.
- Leadership & Workshops – Facilitate leadership training, talent reviews, and management development programs.
Candidate profile/experience
The successful candidate will be an experienced HR professional with a strong background in employee relations, talent development, and HR administration-ideally within a retail or operational environment. You will have a proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to coach and influence managers at all levels. Strong organizational skills, a solid understanding of Danish labor laws, and a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture are essential.
