Oakleaf Partnership are seeking a HR Business Partner to join our global Insurance clients business on a permanent basis supporting its people and leadership teams across France and Spain based out of its Paris offices.
As the HR Business Partner you will support and guide colleagues through the employee lifecycle, delivering the HR strategy in line with business goals, whilst working on HR projects with peers across Europe. You will also;
- Lead locally on Talent Review, Performance Management, Compensation Reviews
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Provide robust guidance and support to people leaders to enable them to effectively recruit, retain and motivate their teams
- Lead on HR change activities and projects as required
- Lead on complex Performance Improvement Processes
- Lead on complex Employee Relations cases
- Analyse trends from the data and present findings to the business related to our Employee Opinion Surveys
- Work with the HR Centres of Excellence to ensure that our business strategy and goals are being supported by the HR subject matter experts
To be considered for this role, candidates will need to demonstrate previous experience of working in a similar role, within financial services. Candidates must also be willing to travel to Spain once a month with occasional travel to the UK.
