What is the role
You will be a Trusted Advisor working very closely with your client group to provide expert advice and add true value to the organisation. You will be partnering with key stakeholders including Partners and leadership teams, helping to build organisation and people capabilities. You will be shaping and implementing effective people strategies in line with the People agenda and Employee Value Proposition, and helping to implement an HR agenda that is fully aligned to the organisation’s strategic goals and long term business plan. You will be responsible for the employee lifecycle including responsibility for escalated ER cases, employee engagement, performance improvement, Talent Development and HR policies. You will be analysing data and identifying trends and recommending solutions, contributing to workforce planning and supporting organisational change initiatives. You will really be able to use your commercial acumen to add tangible value in this role!
Candidate profile/Experience
- To be eligible for this role your HRBP experience must be within Accounting or the broader Professional Services sector.
- Demonstrate a proven track record of HR business partnering, strong communication, influencing, stakeholder management skills and strong decision making skills
- Good knowledge of technical and legislative requirements and industry best practice
- Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to influence different business areas and management levels
- Demonstrate commerciality, a continuous mindset and the use of your analytical skills to solve problems and identify solutions
- A motivated self-starter with the ability to adapt to different business needs
