HR Data & Systems Analyst

  • Hybrid working: 1 day in the office per week
  • Full time role available on either a 5 day per week, or compressed 4 day week

Oakleaf is currently partnering with a leading housing association in search of a HR Data & Systems Analyst. The role will be responsible for the management and reporting of HR data, working with senior stakeholders to produce data driven HR insights to support decision making.

The HR Data & Systems Analyst role:

  • Maintain and update employee data in the HRIS. Ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in line with GDPR.
  • Produce a variety of HR reports including headcount, turnover, recruitment, sickness, ED&I, and more.
  • Produce insights into HR data and give commentary around trends. Tell the story behind the numbers.
  • Become a superuser of the HRIS – iTrent.
  • Utilise your strong excel, business objects, and PowerBI skills to produce insightful reports and dashboards.
  • Perform data cleansing to keep various systems data clean and relevant.
  • Continuously seek ways to improve and automate processes.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Assist with ad hoc HR projects.

The successful candidate will have:

  • 2+ Years of experience in managing and maintaining HR systems and data.
  • PowerBI experience is essential for this role.
  • Experience using the iTrent system would be an advantage.
  • Strong HR data and reporting experience.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Advanced excel skills (Report building, VLOOKUP’s, Pivot Tables)
  • A team player who is comfortable with asking questions and seeking information.
