Oakleaf Partnership Europe are seeking a HR Generalist to join our client, a global financial services organisation, who are expanding across Europe growing HR Operations team permanently in a new role based out of their Paris offices.
In this role as the HR Generalist you will play a key role in a team that provides first-line advice and support to colleagues day to day HR enquires and duties will include but is not limited to the below
- Overseeing the full employee life cycle for employees, including conducting the first-day induction for new starters
- Managing employee files on the HR system, including the issuing change of terms (maternity/promotions/flexible working etc) and ensuring communication is accurate and on time
- Handing employee relations queries and escalating when necessary
- Supporting the HR Business partners with the role out of people-related projects
- Answer queries around monthly payroll and benefits
To be considered for this role, you will need to demonstrate the below
- Fluency in English & French (additional language skills are a bonus)
- Strong understanding of employment law
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Good working knowledge of payroll processes (tax/legislation etc)
- Experience of administering and advising on employee benefits
