Salary -€50,000 + 10% Bonus, 3 days working in the office in Lisbon, 2 days working from home
Oakleaf Partnership Europe – are partnering with a client in Lisbon on a HR Manager role that will partner with the Managing Director and HR team to ensure legal compliance, attract top talent, and drive employee engagement and performance across the country. The role will oversee HR activities for approximately 140 employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop HR policies and activities aligned with business goals.
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies, including the introduction of an applicant tracking system.
- Ensure legal compliance and manage employee relations.
- Oversee training, development, and succession planning, in collaboration with HR teams in Spain and globally.
- Maintain accurate HR records and promote health, safety, and well-being initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Proven HR management experience, ideally with a field-based workforce.
- Strong knowledge of Portuguese employment law and HR best practices.
- Skilled in collaborating on global HR programs.
- Data-driven with a focus on accuracy and insights.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
