Key Responsibilities
The HR / Office manager will be a versatile leader responsible for:
- People and Culture Management
- Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to professional development
- Develop and implement robust HR policies and procedures
- Manage performance reviews and training programs
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and best practices
- Operational Leadership
- Provide administrative support to Partners and senior leadership
- Manage office operations across London and international locations
- Coordinate IT systems and training
- Organize company events and team-building activities
- Business Development and Marketing
- Develop and maintain marketing materials
- Update company website and manage external communications
- Support business development initiatives
- Provide client coverage and interim support as needed

Practical Details
