Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources Management:

Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices to support manufacturing operations.

Partner with leadership to drive talent acquisition, retention, and workforce planning strategies.

Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.

Manage training and development programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and workplace safety regulations.
Project Management:

Lead and execute HR-related projects, such as workforce optimization, organizational development, and process improvements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align HR initiatives with business goals.

Track key HR metrics and use data-driven insights to enhance HR effectiveness.

Implement HR systems and technologies to streamline HR processes.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

5+ years of experience in HR management within a manufacturing or industrial environment.

Experience in project management, process improvement, or HR transformation initiatives.

Strong knowledge of employment laws, compliance, and HR best practices.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic manufacturing environment.

Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with project management tools is a plus.
