Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources Management:

  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices to support manufacturing operations.

  • Partner with leadership to drive talent acquisition, retention, and workforce planning strategies.

  • Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.

  • Manage training and development programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.

  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and workplace safety regulations.

Project Management:

  • Lead and execute HR-related projects, such as workforce optimization, organizational development, and process improvements.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align HR initiatives with business goals.

  • Track key HR metrics and use data-driven insights to enhance HR effectiveness.

  • Implement HR systems and technologies to streamline HR processes.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

  • 5+ years of experience in HR management within a manufacturing or industrial environment.

  • Experience in project management, process improvement, or HR transformation initiatives.

  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, compliance, and HR best practices.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic manufacturing environment.

  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with project management tools is a plus.
