HR Service Centre Team Lead EMEA & APAC

Oakleaf Partnership are supporting our global financial services client in securing a HR Service Centre Team Lead that supports employees across the APAC and EMEA regions based out of their Manchester City Centre Offices.

In the role, you will lead a small team that oversees the administrative elements of the employee life-cycle from new hire onboarding, transfers through to leavers and play an important role in ensuring a positive employee and new hire experience, driving a high level of customer service. As well as this, you will also be responsible for;

  • Continuously evaluate and improve HR processes to enhance efficiency and service quality.
  • Ensure that all HR activities comply with company policies, legal requirements, and best practices.
  • Monitor and analyze service centre metrics to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on service centre performance to senior management.
  • Oversee the use and maintenance of HR information systems (HRIS) and other relevant technologies.
  • Identify and implement system enhancements to improve service delivery and user experience, including automation.

To be considered for this role you will need to demonstrate previous experience within HR Operations/Shared Services ideally in a global environment although not essential. You will need high-level stakeholder management skills along with confidence in using HR Systems and Technology to enhance the customer experience.
