💰 Salary: $100,000 – $120,000 + Bonus & Benefits

Oakleaf Partnership is partnering with a leading global organization to hire an HR Services Supervisor. This is a fantastic opportunity for a people-focused HR leader to oversee a high-performing HR services team, ensuring seamless support for employees and driving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Lead and mentor a team of HR Coordinators, providing coaching, training, and professional development
✅ Oversee HR service operations, ensuring SLAs and quality standards are met
✅ Serve as a point of escalation for complex HR inquiries
✅ Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence and business teams to enhance processes
✅ Maintain HR data accuracy and oversee workflow improvements
✅ Drive continuous improvement initiatives to elevate the employee experience
What We’re Looking For:
✔ 6+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
✔ Strong knowledge of HR operations, benefits, and employee services
✔ Experience working with HRIS (Workday preferred) and service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow)
✔ Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills
✔ Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field (PHR or SHRM-CP preferred)
✔ Bilingual in English & Spanish is a MUST
