Job Title: HR Global Process Lead – Vice President

Role Overview:
They are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Global HR Process Lead to join their new dynamic and growing team. As a trusted internal consultant, you will work closely with Global HR (GHR) and business stakeholders across regions to design, document, and improve HR processes, optimising efficiency and enhancing client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead process design and improvement initiatives within Global HR, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Document and analyse HR processes across regions, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and standardise processes, ensuring they are scalable and efficient.
- Provide direction and guidance to AVPs, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations following workshops and project delivery.
- Provide expert guidance on process optimisation, including risk management, cost reduction, and time management improvements.
- Develop and maintain process documentation and monitoring tools (dashboards, scorecards).
- Facilitate workshops and training to ensure successful implementation of processes.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement and support team development.
Key Requirements:
- Green Belt or Black Belt certification in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma).
- Strong expertise in process documentation, process mapping tools (e.g., Visio), and business process management.
- Project management experience is critical.
- Proven experience in leading cross-functional, complex process improvement initiatives in large, matrixed organisations.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to deliver data-driven recommendations and executive-level reports.
- Strong facilitation and leadership skills, especially in a global virtual setting.
- Previous experience in banking and HR is preferred.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Flexibility to accommodate global time zone challenges for virtual meetings and calls.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive projects forward.
- 12-month contract with potential for extension or conversion to a permanent position
