We are currently recruiting a proactive and detail-oriented HR Specialist to support our banking client with a change project for 6-9 months. This role is essential in assisting the project, coordinating activities from a people perspective, administering organisational design changes, including employee relations, data management, administration, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have strong HR Administrator/Advisor background with experience in supporting company restructure and organisational design, as well as excellent stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first HR point of contact for all employee queries, regarding policies and processes.
- Assist in the implementation of the organisational design changes, providing guidance and administrative support on all areas, including: restructure, redundancy and redeployment.
- Extensive diary management, coordinating meetings and consultations.
- Manage all administration related to the project including redundancy paperwork and contract updates, while maintaining accurate records, and updating the HRIS to ensure compliance with employment law and best practice.
- Assist with extensive data and reporting; for leadership to update on project progress.
- Collaborate with centres of excellence and support HR business partners and managers in ensuring a smooth process.
The Profile:
- Experience in restructure/organisational design as an HR Advisor/Administrator is essential
- Ability to work in a fast pace and changing environment.
- Prior experience working in a matrix, corporate organisation.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and employee relations
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and analytical data skills dealing with sensitive information.
